Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms govern use of this public website. Use of the Beauty Tech software platform is governed by a separate written agreement between HexaTech and the customer business.
1. Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms do not themselves grant access to the Beauty Tech software or replace a customer order, subscription or data-processing agreement.
2. Who operates the site
The website is operated by HexaTech, provider of Beauty Tech. Contact us at info@hexa-tech.uk or 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4QZ, United Kingdom.
3. Permitted use
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with operation or security, impersonate another person, or extract content or data at a scale or in a manner that violates law or our rights.
4. Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, software demonstrations, logos and branding are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable rights. You may view the site and share ordinary page links. Commercial reproduction or reuse requires permission unless law allows otherwise.
5. Product information and demos
Website descriptions, illustrations, calculators, metrics and demonstrations are general information and do not create a binding offer or warranty. Product scope, configuration, integrations, pricing, implementation and service commitments are defined only in the applicable written customer agreement.
6. AI-assisted features
Beauty Tech includes AI-assisted workflows. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and requires suitable human review. Customers remain responsible for their services, business decisions, permissions, policies, content, claims and use of generated output. Nothing on this website is legal, tax or other professional advice.
7. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the public site useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or remove website content and functionality.
8. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public website or reliance on general website information. Platform liability is governed by the separate customer agreement.
9. Third-party services
The site may link to or embed third-party services, such as WhatsApp, scheduling or demonstration tools. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and we do not control their availability or content.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data through this website is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply from that point.
12. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that applies otherwise.
13. Contact
